You are urged to use all the recreational facilities of the park. The recreation hall is open from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM. In consideration of others, please refrain from smoking in the recreation hall.
Please limit the use of swimsuits and similar apparel to your own lot or the swimming pool area. Please not in the recreation hall.
Household garbage only may be placed in the dumpster. Please do not put furniture, etc. alongside dumpsters.
No drying of clothes on trailer lots or patios will be allowed.
Residents are requested to conserve water. For water to be used outside of the trailer, please use the water supply painted red only. No automatic sprinklers. Due to new county regulations no washing of vehicles or RV’s without obtaining a permit from the office.
Park your car straight in front of the R.V. No parking on the other lots without the written permission from the owner, or without paying for the space. Please refrain from driving on or backing over the cement patios.
The speed limit is 15 MPH. Please observe this for the safety of all here. This also includes golf carts.
Walk pets on a leash no longer than 8 feet. Please keep your pet off your neighbor’s yard. Please clean up after your pets. Please control excessive barking.
Nothing should be altered on your trailer or lot without first getting written approval from management.
Let’s consider our neighbors and be quiet at all times, especially between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please do not cut through lots.
Please limit all drinking and alcoholic beverages to the confines of your lots.
No “For Sale” signs on units, please. Information may be given to management or put on a laundry bulletin board.
No trailers sold or rented without manager’s approval.
This is an adult park, but children may visit. Trailer owner is responsible for his guest/s and must get wrist band for guest/s in office. No children will be allowed in or around the recreation area unless accompanied by an adult.
Residents must register their overnight guests at the office.
